Trends of innovative activity and technological business in the traditional industrial region

Features of innovative activity and technological entrepreneurship in the traditional industrial region are characterized. The use of statistical indicators to assess of innovation and technological entrepreneurship is justified. The tendencies of the innovative and entrepreneurial sphere are revealed (on the example of the Kemerovo region). A conclusion is made about the possibilities and limitations of such an assessment.
