Category "principle of law" and its role in shaping the institutional underpinnings of the judicial authorities in the Russian Federation

this article examines the doctrinal approaches to the definition of the entity definitions "principle of law, as well as the totality of symptoms characterizing it. Examines the role of legal principles in the Organization and functioning of the judiciary, both in terms of the implementation of Justice and perform other judicial functions. The authors conclude that the institutional framework of the judiciary constitute a comprehensive interdisciplinary legal institution that requires additional scientific understanding and contextualization in order effectively to the development of the judicial authorities in the Russian Federation.
