To the question of the influence of rumors on the legal regulation of social relations

The article discusses the influence of rumors on the legal regulation of social relations. Analyzes the factors influencing the occurrence of rumors and promote interest in the rumors. Designated verge of engagement rumors with legal regulation and describes a characteristic model of the phenomenon. Is determined by the possibility of rumors to improve the efficiency of legal regulation.
