The right to education - the most important social and cultural rights, as enshrined and guaranteed primarily by the Constitution of the Russian Federation and other normative legal acts. The right to education is a prerequisite for successful socialization. Getting quality higher education - a guarantee of future employment, participation in political life, the realization of personal, economic and other rights.
