Socio-economic contradictions of territorial management in modern Russia

Based on the definition of conceptual approaches to the management of Russian territory examines the contradictions of the modern territorial structure of the country, the influence of Soviet sectoral approach to the development of the modern Russian territory, is devoted to the legal, institutional and socio-economic mechanisms of Federative relations through the principles of "legalism" and the formal managerial compensation, the orientation of constituent entities of the Russian Federation on external relations and a weak domestic market, shows the danger of the development of informal ties.
