The Institute of Russian citizenship as a tool to ensure state security (expert-analytical assessment)

In the article, the authors carried out an expert and analytical assessment of the national Institute of citizenship in the field of migration as a tool to ensure the security of the state. The authors conclude that the essence of citizenship is expressed in the combination of individual and collective as a measure of social freedom of the individual. By acquiring rights and freedoms with citizenship, the individual assumes the established duties, so citizenship helps to optimize the mutual rights and obligations of the citizen and the state. This conclusion confirms the pattern that the essence of citizenship (citizenship) is determined by the essence of the state in its historical and legal development.
