Essential conditions and types of author's contract

In the article the author justifies the composition of the essential terms of the contract of the author's order: 1) the subject of the contract; 2) the term for the creation of the work; 3) for compensated contracts - the amount of remuneration. In addition, it identifies four separate types of this treaty, each of which corresponds to the common right of the parties to the contract of the author's order - the creation of the work.
