To the question of the role of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation in the development of the Russian legal doctrine and directions for its improvement

this article proposes a comprehensive approach to the legal status of the constitutional Court and the role of its decisions as having a complex nature, both legal (law enforcement for decisions) and doctrinal. Based on this, the article proposes the argumentation of possible ways to enhance the role of constitutional justice in the development of legal doctrine, including substantiating specific directions of changes in legislation and ways to improve law enforcement practice. At the same time, the points of view of various scientists on a particular issue are generalized and systematized, their reasoned criticism is given and the author's approach is presented with the proposal of some mechanisms of its implementation in practice.
