On the concept, content and channel of human trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation

This article is devoted to an in-depth analysis of trafficking in human beings for the purpose of their sexual exploitation, which is a form of the slave trade carried out by transnational organized criminal groups as a particularly dangerous antisocial phenomenon. In particular, in this paper, the authors suggest the concept of a trafficking channel for the purpose of sexual exploitation as a form of organized criminal activity, the purpose of which is the regular commission of crimes under article 127.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, while the range of participants in transactions concerning individuals is unchanged, criminal acts for their implementation are carried out in a similar way, as well as involving potential victims in the sphere of human trafficking, moving them along a permanent route, exploiting one and th same species.
