About the peculiarities of the interaction of the investigator and operational workers in the investigation of crimes

The article identifies current problems, the interaction of the investigator with the bodies of inquiry, in the investigation of crimes in modern conditions. Recent examples from the author's practice are given, on the basis of which conclusions are drawn on the problems of this article. It should be noted that today, most forms of interaction between the investigator and the inquiry bodies necessary to investigate crimes and establish the factual circumstances of the case are formal. In this regard, the author of the article raises the question of the insufficient quality of interaction between the investigator and the bodies of inquiry. There are significant drawbacks in the organizational form of interaction between the investigator and operational staff. This problem becomes even more acute when the departments involved in the production of a particular criminal case / material and their employees belong to different law enforcement agencies. All this leads to the fact that in modern conditions it becomes more difficult to achieve justice, fairness and effectiveness of the law enforcement system, even for ordinary crimes. The real problem is the most important, since it directly affects the quality of the work of law enforcement agencies and, in general, the implementation of state justice. All the above facts are reflected by the author in this article, and also suggests ways to solve the indicated problems with reference to real criminal cases and materials verifying reports of a crime.
