This paper evaluates the existing mechanisms of international investment arbitration such as ICSID and international commercial arbitration, studies the status of Russian arbitration system, analyses the current investment environment in Russia and the causes and characteristics of Chinese enterprises investment disputes with Russia, and explores the possibility of solving investment disputes through international arbitration from the legal basis and practical status quo. In order to properly use the international investment arbitration mechanism, it is still an important way for Chinese enterprises to solve the investment disputes concerning Russia.
