In article the author, based on an analysis of the current legislation and the opinion of practitioners, examines organizational and managerial problems that ultimately impede the effective implementation of prosecutorial supervision of the implementation of fisheries laws. The solution to the problems identified by the author should become a guide and directions for improving prosecutorial and supervisory activities.
