The subject of prosecutors’ supervision on the implementation of laws on fisheries

The article presents various points of view on the subject of prosecutorial oversight over the implementation of laws, as a result the author formulates the concept of the subject of prosecutors’ supervision on the implementation of fisheries laws. The author also comes to the conclusion about the practical necessity of using the word «law» in a broad sense.
