Issues of termination of public procurement contracts and inclusion in the register of mala fide suppliers

The following article raises issues of ability of a third party to claim a suit for termination of government contract in case of conspiracy between supplier and government customer and the judicial ability of raising a suit of forcing the state agency to include information about supplier into the register of unscrupulous suppliers.
