Geojeticheskie problem of subsoil users in regions of their presence

In article the most frequent complaints of local population arising on different phases of development of mineral raw material resources are reviewed. It is noted that in recent years in connection with counteraction of the population are suspended or at all programs for implementation of projects of geological studying, exploration and production of minerals are stopped. The organizational mechanism designed to help all parties of mining activity is offered to express the interests and fears in a constructive form, to determine areas by mutually beneficial cooperation on prevention and resolution of conflicts that, eventually, will contribute to the economic and social development of the region of presence of subsoil users.
