Aims and objectives of the enterprise personnel assessment procedure

Recently, enterprise managers have been paying due attention to the development of an effective procedure for evaluating their subordinates. In order to effectively organize this procedure, many managers are willing to spend a lot of money, because an incorrectly conducted staff assessment can lead to irreparable results and significant disruptions in the work of the enterprise. In this scientific work, we will discuss the main integers that are addressed by an efficiently constructed staff assessment, as well as the key tasks that this procedure is intended to solve. Along with this, the authors of the work clearly determine such concepts as the subject, object and subject of the personnel assessment procedure. Guided by modern scientific calculations in the field of personnel management, the authors of the article single out and substantiate three main significant elements in the system of evaluating employees of the organization.
