Criminalistic recommendations on legal education, as part of methods of maintenance of the state charge and court proceedings

The Authors pay attention to the active development of criminology in the direction of creating methods of maintaining the state prosecution and trial. The recommendations are aimed at overcoming the opposition to criminal prosecution. To create such recommendations, the authors propose to use, among other things, the possibilities of the concept of legal education. Proposals are made for the establishment and implementation of systems of such recommendations. It is summarized that their presence will allow not only to optimize the criminal proceedings, but also to minimize the negative factors that are the result of counteraction to criminal prosecution.
