The problem of relationship of management decisions at different levels of management in the development of territories

The subject of this article was the question of the presence of features of the socio-economic development of the regions of the Russian Federation. The findings of the study are based on a comparative analysis of the data that illustrate the trends in the socio-economic development of Russian regions. The authors indicate that at the present stage of development of society and the state, the regions, in terms of relations with the federal center, are, in the opinion of the authors, in approximately the same position. This can be sо in the analysis of the goals and objectives that are closely linked both with the development of the country as a whole and their local resource support. This can also be judge by tracing the correlation of powers of the region itself and the formally delineated status of municipalities. The approximately identical socio-economic situation of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation determines a similar set of problems present in each territory, the degree of overcoming of which (problems) at present can be call a feature of the development of the region. The increased attention of the population to the quality of everyday life as a litmus reveals “pain points” and forces the authorities to look for new economic and organizational ways to overcome (weaken) social discontent by increasing the efficiency of using regional resources: dividends from republican state enterprises, property and land, including through an instrument cadastral value and inventory
