On the issue of additional expenses for children

The article is devoted to amendments to article 86 of the Family Code of the Russian Federation on additional expenses that parents are required to bear in order to provide children with suitable housing. A position is expressed on the relevance of the innovation of article 86 of the Family Code of the Russian Federation, as one of the first regulators of housing problems of children, enshrined in a legislative act of this level. The authors propose law enforcement methods for implementing the norms of article 86 of the Family Code. The article also discusses ways of proving and types of evidence of the need for additional expenses for suitable housing for a child.
