Interrogation as an investigative action in criminal proceedings

The article considers the concept of interrogation and its features. Attention is also drawn to the rights of the interrogated, the tactics of interrogation by the investigator. Psychological problems of interrogation and the mechanism of establishing contact are noted. The articles of the law regulating the conduct of interrogation are given.
