Certain aspects of interaction of legal entities in private international law

The purpose of the research is to study approaches to understanding legal entities in the framework of international private law and to establish the specifics of legal regulation of issues of interaction of such legal entities. Based on the research, it was concluded that today there is no unified approach to understanding an international legal entity in the world practice, which is regulated by both international and national legislation. In the processes of interaction of international legal entities, a significant role is played by the dispositive principle, which is limited to certain mandatory rules of a General nature. When making various transactions between legal entities in private international law, a special role is assigned to contractual regulation, on the basis of which the applicable law can be determined.
