The role of the received roman law in the context of the right particularity of the holy Roman empire during the XIV-early XIX centuries

Roman law, which had a great influence on the development of law in Europe, and, in particular, in the Holy Roman Empire during the XIV-early XIX centuries. Roman law played a certain separate role in the structure of the particular legal structure of this state. In this article, specialized Roman law is considered as a particular legal system of the Holy Roman Empire.
