The role of scientific and educational organizations in increasing the efficiency of the regional legislative process in the Republic of Crimea

The legislative process in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation largely depends on the possibility of carrying out high-quality expert and scientific measures to evaluate draft laws and their independent legal expertise, acquisition by participants of the legislative process of the necessary additional knowledge and skills. The legal aspects of the interaction of scientific and educational organizations and the State Council of the Republic of Crimea, designed to improve the implementation of the mechanisms of the legislative process, as well as the importance of such interaction are considered in this article.
