The article offers a brief overview of individual articles of the Criminal Code of the Tuvan People's Republic (1941). The features of the adoption of the Criminal Code of the Tuvan People's Republic by the Presidium of the Small Khural are described. The significance of certain types of crimes of particular importance for the protection and strengthening of the state system of the Tuvan People's Republic of that time is reflected. Examples of the most dangerous crimes against the person, property and the state are given, indicating the specific penalty.
