In the context of the rapid development of the information technology sector and digitalization, there are significant changes in the system of international competition associated, on the one hand, with the emergence of a new type of companies - transnational technology giants, and on the other, with the transformation of the strategies of traditional transnational companies (TNCs). The article analyzes the key development trends of the global information technology market and the digitalization trends of the global economy at the present stage, which are largely reflected in the corporate strategies of TNCs.
