Legal basis for the functioning of international commercial arbitration

The article is devoted to the analysis of the legal nature of international commercial arbitration. It should be noted that every year the number of concluded foreign economic contracts is growing, commercial ties between counterparties from different countries are becoming closer, which is why the number of cases referred to international arbitration centers for trial is growing. Currently, there are many arbitration institutions in the world aimed at resolving international disputes, which have extensive practice in considering and resolving cases of varying complexity, and have managed to win the trust of economic entities from various states. In this regard, the author analyzes the principles on which the activities of international commercial arbitration are based.
