The impact of the uniqueness of the modern crisis on human resources

The sequence of waves of the global financial crisis and political instability are the main reasons for the formation of unstable and risky conditions for the operation of socio-economic systems. The priority tasks of company managers include foresight and prevention of crisis situations at all stages of the life cycle, adequate management of all resources. The need to determine the methodology for the implementation of its principles, the formation of a systematic presentation and tools for conducting at the enterprise determines the relevance of the chosen research topic. The most vulnerable resource of the organization is the personnel, the human resource. A decrease in loyalty and motivation to perform professional duties is a normal reaction to circumstances beyond the employee's control, uncertainty, and lack of prospects. The subject of the study is opportunistic behavior, its forms and types, the impact on the company's activities and punishment as a reaction to its manifestation. The article may be of interest to representatives of business and scientific circles, managers and researchers.
