Financial assessment of the effectiveness of risk management of public catering organizations

In conditions of instability of the external environment, it is important for public catering organizations to identify and plan risk situations. This is one of the most important factors characterizing the sustainable development of both an individual organization and the entire industry as a whole. In determining the risk, the financial side of the organization's activities plays an important component, since risk is always the expenses of the organization, sometimes not foreseen, that the organization must incur in order to continue moving towards the intended goal.
