In the modern conditions of the digital economy, in the conditions of the changing conjuncture of relations in world politics, which significantly affects the macro-economic indicators of many countries of the world, the food industry is quite important as one of the foundations of ensuring the country's food security. The regional component plays a crucial role in ensuring the country's food security. In the article we will consider the development of small business in the food industry on the example of the Samara region.
