Abramov Valery Leonidovich  (Doctor of Economics, Chief Researcher,. Institute of Research of the IEO, Professor of the DMEiMB Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation (Moscow))

The priorities of the Russian trade policy at various stages of its implementation are identified. It is shown that under the conditions of anti-Russian sanctions, the country's trade policy should be transformed by moving away from the dominant model of its liberalization in the direction of protectionism. It is proved that the protectionist model is implemented on the basis of trade cooperation with friendly states on a bilateral basis, as well as within the framework of the EAEU on the basis of regional, preferential trade agreements. The necessity of taking systemic measures on protectionist policy to protect the national interests of Russia is substantiated.
