Global update of modern trends in the development of new technologies in the world and in the Russian Federation increase the volume and count of innovative projects. The global digitalisation of society requires the companies developing and implementing software systems to automate the processes of various spheres of human life, both work and personal. Thus, the demand for the development of innovative software for the state, business, and individuals. Innovative projects are developed by teams: employees of enterprise organisations, small businesses, and even ideologically united groups of individuals, who are not registered as a legal entity. Every type of this team has a need: create a successful and technically stable project from an abstract idea. Each of this type of projects require a predictable road map, versions, and documentation. Innovative project should be ready for scaling, but developing this type of projects has some peculiarities. An idea may be transforming while the project is developing. The team should be ready for any changes. The processes should be flexible, reconfigurable, and scalable with a sharp increase in demand for the software decision.
