Based on an overview of current trends in the regulation of the crypto market, the article substantiates the need to strengthen comprehensive (anti-corruption, anti-laundering, tax) regulation of the turnover of crypto assets. Proposals have been formulated for the development of the mechanism of anti-corruption control over the turnover of digital rights and digital currencies in Russia, among which is increased attention to the interaction of anti-corruption and tax control bodies, financial intelligence units in relation to the turnover of digital rights and digital currencies.
