The article analyzes the changes in the legislation of recent years on the procedure for licensing fire extinguishing activities. Particular attention is paid to the imperfection of the legislation and by-laws regulating the specified field of activity. Specific amendments and additions to the existing regulatory legal acts of various levels are proposed.
