ANTI-CRISIS MANAGEMENT OF THE REGIONAL POULTRY COMPLEX IN THE DIGITAL ECONOMY

The article analyzes the state of the poultry industry in Russia. Several facts indicate that after the introduction of large-scale sanctions restrictions against the Russian Federation, problems in the development of the poultry complex began to manifest themselves especially noticeably. However, after a short number of years, some problems were solved thanks to the active introduction of an import substitution policy. In today's conditions of ongoing sanctions restrictions, as well as the development of the digital economy, new problems have emerged that require the adoption of anti-crisis measures in the management activities of both individual enterprises of the poultry complex and the poultry complex of the Russian Federation as a whole.
