UNETHICAL LEADERSHIP IN ORGANIZATIONS: REVIEW, ANALYSIS, RESEARCH PERSPECTIVES

Leaders, their decisions and behavior affect employees, depending on this, employees may act ethically or unethically in achieving organizational goals. Ethical errors in organizations demonstrate the impact of unethical leadership on the organization and give rise to negative consequences both for it as a whole and for employees. The problems associated with unethical leadership are considered. The article draws conclusions about the prerequisites, explanatory mechanisms and consequences of unethical leadership. Proposals are presented for possible future research directions for a deeper understanding of unethical leadership. Practical implications are offered for managers to consider and minimize unethical leadership in their organizations
