THE ROLE OF INFRASTRUCTURE IN ENSURING THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF ECONOMIC ENTITIES OF THE FUEL AND ENERGY COMPLEX IN OVERCOMING SANCTIONS RESTRICTIONS ON RUSSIAN EXPORTS

In modern conditions, without the implementation of projects related to the introduction of new technologies and developments, taking into account the environmental and social responsibility of business, it is impossible for companies to achieve sustainable development. At the same time, one of the key factors for achieving sustainable development by energy companies is a developed and sustainable infrastructure. The paper analyzes the dynamics of the degree of achievement of the SDG indicators; the problematic issues and promising directions of infrastructural support for the sustainable development of the fuel and energy complex of Russia in the conditions of the sanctions economy are highlighted. Particular attention is paid to the application of technological solutions and measures that stimulate the activities of domestic producers within the framework of the concept of sustainable development, while at the same time aimed at supporting Russian exports. Such measures include: tax incentives for enterprises engaged in the production of import-substituting products for environmental purposes; changing regulatory mechanisms in the field of integrated environmental permits; introduction of various preferences in relation to investment projects that are focused on environmental modernization.
