The article presents the results related to the content characteristics of women's entrepreneurship in old age. It is established that the motivation of entrepreneurial activity of older women includes a combination of economic, sociological, psychological factors and environmental factors. At the same time, environmental factors include the availability of capital, entrepreneurial experience, skilled labor, availability of suppliers, customers or new markets. It is proved that it is necessary to cover the success of older women in the media more. In addition, the Government should ensure the creation of information resources about funds and the market situation that will allow older women to fully participate in the development of entrepreneurship.
