THE SIGNIFICANCE OF THE EXPERIENCE OF LEGALIZATION AND PRACTICE OF USING CRYPTOCURRENCIES IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES FOR RUSSIA

The article examines the foreign experience of legal regulation of cryptocurrency turnover, as well as the legal regime of cryptocurrency in Russia. The main legislative acts regulating the circulation of cryptocurrencies in different countries are analyzed. Conclusions are made about the importance of the experience of the UK, USA, Germany, Estonia and Japan for Russia. Proposals on the regulation of cryptocurrency activity in Russia are formulated.
