PROBLEMS OF AGILE IMPLEMENTATION IN THE FIELD OF DIGITALIZATION PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Agile is a set of views and approaches that are aimed at realizing the resources of an organization for the sake of quickly creating products needed by customers. Usually this system is evaluated in the form of a family of flexible approaches aimed at managing development. The relevance of the topic lies in the fact that with all of the above, it is important to understand the problems that an organization may face in the process of implementing certain management techniques. The purpose of this article is to consider the main problems that organizations may face when implementing flexible management techniques using the example of Agile. The basic concepts concerning this technique will be touched upon, as well as possible ways to solve the difficulties that arise when using it in practice.
