LEGALLY SIGNIFICANT BEHAVIOR IN THE LEGAL SYSTEM OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION: MODERN PROBLEMS

This work is devoted to the analysis of problems and prospects of legally significant behavior in the legal system of the Russian Federation. The article considered such problems as insufficient availability of legal aid, high burden on the judicial system, low level of citizens' trust in justice and others. Various ways of solving these problems were considered, such as the introduction of new technologies, the development of alternative dispute resolution, the strengthening of transparency and openness of the legal system, the development of institutions of judicial independence and guarantees of human rights, and others. The document also provides examples of successful practices and projects that can be used to improve the effectiveness of the legal system. In conclusion, the prospects for the development of the legal system of the Russian Federation were considered, which are associated with the development of technology, strengthening human rights guarantees, the development of international cooperation and other factors.
