FEATURES OF INTERACTION BETWEEN THE INTERNAL AFFAIRS AND THE MEDIA TO PROVIDE LEGAL EDUCATION POPULATION OF RUSSIA

This article discusses the issue of legal education of citizens by internal affairs bodies through interaction with the media. The data of a population survey conducted by the author within the framework of the topic under study are given. Particular attention is paid to public relations of the internal affairs bodies, which are the most important condition for the successful operation of the entire department. It is argued that modern public relations of the internal affairs bodies are a management activity that involves interaction organized with the help of modern communication technologies and with a mandatory feedback channel. The main problems associated with the use of social networks in the promotion of internal affairs bodies are identified. Based on the analysis, the author determines the main directions for ensuring the effectiveness of legal education of citizens by the internal affairs bodies through the media.
