IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PRINCIPLE OF FREEDOM OF PANORAMA IN RUSSIA AND IN THE WORLD

The article examines the principle of freedom of panorama in copyright, its implementation in Russia and in the world and the relationship with the principle of balance of interests of copyright holders and society. Domestic legislation contains a number of problematic aspects that need to be resolved in order to form a legislative regulation that meets current challenges. The interest in the study of this field is due to technological development and an increasing interest in photo and video shooting of copyright objects located in open spaces.
