The article determines the development of private property, its functionality and impact on the economic balance in the Russian Federation. In the process of fragmentary analysis it was possible to trace the shortcomings of private property, despite the numerous advantages of this industry from an economic point of view. Private property has a positive impact on the implementation of cultural and scientific programs, investing material resources in the state budget from which money is redistributed to improve the living standards of Russian citizens. The purpose is to explore the features of modern advantages of the private property` development in the Russian Federation: the impact on the economic state of the Russian Federation.
