Diskina Viktoria Nikolaevna  (postgraduate student of the Law Institute, FGBOU VO, "Ugra State University" )

Anti-corruption prohibitions, restrictions and duties are imposed on employees of the internal affairs bodies. One of these responsibilities is to take measures to prevent and (or) resolve conflicts of interest. In this article, we will consider one of the most common situations in the internal affairs bodies, this is the passage of service in conditions of close kinship and property, if the replacement of positions is associated with subordination or control. The relevance of the topic of conflict of interest in the internal affairs bodies, especially with regard to service in conditions of close kinship and property is due to the fact that a large number of relatives serve in the police, and this fact may affect the performance of official duties. The purpose of the study is to analyze the anti-corruption legislation in order to identify shortcomings in the case of conflict of interest settlement by employees who are closely related and related. The object of the study is the relationship emerging from a conflict situation arising from the possibility of obtaining benefits as a result of personal interest of the employee. As research methods, a sociological survey conducted with students of the Center for Professional Training of Employees of Internal Affairs Bodies was used.

Keywords:close relationship, conflict of interest, income generation, employee.
