A SIGN OF SOCIALITY IN ITS RELATION TO CIVIL LAW

The article discusses the content and essence of the feature of sociality in relation to civil law. In a broad sense, the attribute of sociality is defined as an inherent attribute of a person, expressed in the vital desire to establish, maintain and develop ties with other people and/or their groups. The methodological basis of scientific research in the field of civil law as a right of the social state is the civil legal values of freedom and discretion in combination with the constitutional and legal status of the Russian Federation as a social state, the policy of which is aimed at creating conditions that ensure a decent life and free development of a person. It is shown that the attribute of sociality in its relation to civil law has a non-linear character and can be presented in law-forming, dogmatic and political-legal aspects.
