ON THE RELEVANCE OF THE PROBLEM OF COMBATING JUVENILE DELINQUENCY IN THE INTERNET

The article is devoted to the study of a new threat to public safety – juvenile delinquency in the Internet. Based on the analysis of the provisions of the criminal legislation of the Russian Federation and the opinions of domestic scientists, the relevance of the study of this negative social phenomenon is substantiated. The study also examines the relationship between concepts such as criminality, crime, and criminal behavior.
