AGE-RELATED FEATURES OF PROFESSIONAL MOBILITY

The article examines the influence of age on the professional mobility of the population in a dynamic labor market. Age groups are analyzed, including youth, middle-aged and elderly employees, taking into account their adaptation characteristics, motivation and limitations. The key factors influencing professional mobility are identified: cognitive abilities, motivation, social obligations and stereotypes. Barriers and opportunities for each age category are highlighted, and strategies for increasing mobility are proposed, including retraining programs, professional mentoring, and anti-discrimination measures. It is concluded that an integrated approach to professional mobility support is necessary to ensure the sustainability of the labor market and improve the quality of life of employees.
