the article analyzes the constitutional principles of guarantees of entrepreneurship as an institution that ensures the normal functioning of society. The legal mechanism for the implementation of these principles is investigated. It is concluded that it is necessary to improve the legal regulation of entrepreneurial activity in order to strengthen the responsibility of participants in economic activity for not showing good faith and reasonableness in business.
