APPROACHES TO EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT PROCESS IN THE CONTEXT OF SOCIAL ADAPTATION PROBLEMS OF CHINESE STUDENTS IN RUSSIA

The article discusses some relevant approaches to the effective building of the educational process, taking into account the characteristics of a certain student body – students from the People's Republic of China. The approaches are proposed, the application of which can contribute to the fastest and most successful social adaptation of Chinese students in Russian universities, in addition, it is concluded that it is necessary to pay attention to educational and behavioral strategies to which students are accustomed at home.
