The article discusses problematic aspects of liability for violation of exclusive rights in the civil, criminal and administrative legislation of the EAEU countries. It should be noted that the science of civil law has always faced specific problems at each stage of its development, determined by the political, economic, socio-cultural, scientific and technical needs of society. Among their wide variety, there are those that are key to legal science at any stage of its development. These include, with good reason, the study of problematic aspects of liability for violations of exclusive rights in the civil legislation of the EEU countries. In legal theory, these issues have been discussed for several years, and the article reflects the most significant theoretical findings of prominent scientists on these controversial legal issues from various eras.
